Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items marked as “final sale”
Refund Process

- Return Shipping: Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item to our facility at 10500 NW 12th St, Doral, FL 33172. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the issue, if applicable. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by emailing [email protected]. If your order has already shipped, it will need to be processed as a return.
